To all my fans,
This blog will be put to sleep for two weeks.
To show full support of the goverment’s effort in wooing more tourists to our country under the VMY2007 event, I have decided to step up and do my part as a proud citizen of Malaysia.
I am going for a holiday in Sydney, Australia for two weeks!
WOOOHOOOOOO….
You may ask, how on Earth you call that showing your support…
Hey, I’m flying with MAS ok!! It ain’t cheap bro.
….and I’m off to the toilet with the air hostess….
-Oh YB *ELLU-
Kami dah naik bulu,
Tol nak naik lagi,
You bila lagi nak pergi?
-Oh Yb Z-
Jangan asyik bina istana tak henti-henti,
Seolah-olah selalu busy,
Jangan jadi pussy,
Cepat-cepatlah berhenti.
-Oh Polis-
Siang malam ronda sana-sini,
Banyak kes tak selesai hingga kini,
Apa guna lu pakai itu baju biru,
Tetap kena tipu!
-Oh Pemain bola Malaysia-
Wang ringgit sudah dihabiskan,
Pengorbanan sudah dilakukan,
Megapa masih kalah?
Mungkin kerana mental & fizikal yang mentah..
…. and I’m off to my mansion….
I am sure everyone is familiar with the ‘ Pay peanuts, you get monkeys’ term rite..?
Well, the only reason why most Malaysian cabbies are ruthless in terms of their charges is because they are not earning enough due to the fares set by the gov nowdays.
They earn much less as compared to their counterparts in Singapore.
And yet we wonder why Singapore’s cabbies are punctual, friendly, considerate, kind, humble & always willing to go for that extra mile without COMPLAINING.
I firmly believe if the cabbies are given an increase in terms of their fares, they would really appreciate it and therefore work hard and give their best in terms of services.
We need humans to promote and make sure VMY 2007 becomes a huge success not monkeys !
Cabbies play an important role in making sure it happens.
So, treat the cabbies right and I am sure they will change for the better except for few bad apples of course !
Yes folks, EVERYTHING is about MONEY!!!
Just accept it…
….and I’m off to the taxi stand….
I’ve always wonder why do they have to ask us what race are we?
Normally, the race question would be question no. 4 in the forms. That bad huh? I am so used to the question that I even remember what number the question is…
Example:-
(4) Race:
Why is so important to know our racial background? Will it make a difference if I’m Malay and you are ’others’?
To me, it should not !
So what if my skin colour is ‘Teh Tarik’ and your skin is ‘Kopi Pekat’?
So what if my eyes are ‘sepet’ and yours is huge?
Unfortunately, This is how I see it now. It’s a huge advantage to be a Malay or Bumiputera.
…but I dont want it to stay that way….
To me, we are all the same. There is no such things as ‘Bumiputera’ and ‘Non-Bumiputera’ or Malay, Chinese, Indian or others.
We are just MALAYSIANS.
Malaysians that deserve equal rights to everything regardless of gender, race and religion among others.
Why must the Bumis get 5-7 % more discount when purchasing a house. Why is there such things as Bumi’s lots when you want to buy a property?
In order to have a united BANGSA MALAYSIA, these things should be solved first. Everyone deserves a fair share equally. If you want to help, help everyone. Not just certain races.
It’s unfair.
‘Kalau nak bagi tongkat pun, edarkanlah tongkat tersebut dengan adil dan sama rata’…..
BTW, it is stated in my I.C that I’m a Malay.
….and I’m off to the mamak stall….
By now, I’m pretty much sure everyone has heard about Visit Malaysia Year 2007. It’s part of the goverment’s effort to woo more tourists to come & spend their $$$ here.
I personally think it’s a great idea. Great IDEA.
So in conjunction of VMY 2007 and being the proud citizen of this nation that I am, I have decided to make a list. A short list with reasons on why tourists should come to this country and also why they shouldn’t.
Why the should….
Why the shouldn’t….
So, what do you think?
….I’m off to the bakery….
The other day, a man said and I quote “I have never been alone with her in a room.”
That got me thinking for while.
What was he trying to say actually? Apakah yang tersirat dan tersembunyi?
Was he trying to say that there were other people inside the room as well?
Was he trying to say that there were other people in their bathrobes too at that time?
Whatever it was, he shouldn’t have made the statement.
To me, the statement has given the wrong idea to everyone including me.
Go google the words threesome and foursome folks !!
….and I’m off to the satay stall….
Hello folks,
I’ll make my intro short & simple. I’ll even try to ‘close one eye’ anywhere possible as I don’t want my ‘otak-otak’ stall in Kampung Angan-Angan to be demolished by the authorities.
Melovemalaysia is a blog where I’ll be expressing my views on various topics that involve this beloved country mainly focusing on its people. In the not so far future, you’ll see politicians, cabbies, public toilets, and many more on my blog.
Why MELOVEMALAYSIA..
and not ILOVEMALAYSIA or WELOVEMALAYSIA?
I do know that MELOVEMALAYSIA is incorrect in terms of language. It’s broken english. Well, isn’t that what makes us special??
Hehe.
Our malay+english language = Manglish !
So spread the word about this blog to everyone on Earth and please give comments or suggestions on how we as proud citizens of Malaysia can make this country a better place for everyone including modern world crooks and to those who love to visit Pat Pong !
…..and I’m off to my ‘otak-otak’ stall….
